We are seeking a Project Manager, IS&T on behalf of our client in the energy sector. If you enjoy providing leadership in the project management process throughout the development, planning, design, procurement, delivery, read on! This position is hiring right away, don’t wait to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategy planning, resourcing, and budgeting support as part of the IS&T leadership team.
- Manage vendor performance for scope, schedule, and budget of deliverables.
- Manage & oversee the delivery of Capital, Expense and G&A projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand delivery demand, schedule priorities and resourcing requirements as needed.
- Participate in annual budget and planning processes.
- Develop Statements of Work (SOW)s to bid work to third party service providers in combination with SCM.
- Provide monthly status reporting on progress and financial status of the portfolio.
- Collaborate with Projects, Engineering and Operations to ensure positive stakeholder engagement with IS&T.
- Prioritize project portfolio by streamlining the intake process.
- Escalate any issues with projects and report on mitigation requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computing, Engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years related experience in Project Management.
- Solid understanding of IT technologies including infrastructure and application implementation.
- Previous experience in the Energy sector is required.
- Experience in midstream business preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with multiple disciplines across all levels of an organization.
- Problem solver, can work comfortably with ambiguity.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
