Customer Service Representative
Our client in Calgary is an industry-leading transportation and supply-chain company, and they are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will respond to client inquiries and requests, and ensure shipments are meeting deadlines. Responsibilities:
- Resolve client complaints and questions in a professional manner
- Creating freight bills as needed
- Answering the phone
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Manage customers’ accounts, updating information as needed
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Coordinate between departments effectively
- Other duties as required
Qualifications & Key Competencies:
- 1+ year experience working in an office environment is required
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Highly proficient with Outlook, rule setting and handling high volumes of emails
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication, spoken and written
- Good mathematical skills
- Strong ability to resolve issues and maintain customer relations
