We have numerous clients who are currently seeking temporary Reception and Administrative support in Calgary! Whether you are well-versed in office environments with lots of experience, you’re ready to return to the workforce after an extended break, or you are a student with a recent Administration diploma/degree, we would love to speak to you about our current opportunities!
Responsibilities:
- Front-facing roles, welcoming and greeting visitors
- Answer phones, refer inquiries, and direct clients to appropriate departments
- Type, format, and proofread documents and correspondence
- Handle client contact lists, including database management
- Create PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
- Receive and sort daily mail deliveries and organize couriers
- Create and populate expense reports
- Follow health & safety protocols
- Administrative support as required
Qualifications:
- Intermediate-level skills in MS Word and Outlook are required to assist with day-to-day responsibilities
- Must be comfortable working with and creating Excel spreadsheets
- Have a professional and positive attitude
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, empathetic, resourceful, and patient while dealing with clientele
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines and work under pressure
