Our SE warehouse client is looking for a detail oriented and dedicated Cleaner to clean and sanitize surfaces in the facility, dust, mop and operate on-site cleaning equipment. This position is full time, with a comfortable daytime shift.
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing within the facility, including bathrooms
- Maintain garbage removal
- Dusting and mopping as required
- Maintain and operate all housekeeping equipment
- Comply with all Health and Safety, and Infection Control procedures
Qualifications include:
- Physically capable of repeatedly lifting upwards of 20 lbs.
- Able to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time with frequent reaching, bending, and crouching
- Commercial cleaning experience is an asset but not required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Pleasant and approachable demeanour
- Reliable and able to work well with minimal supervision
- Agreeable to a criminal background check as part of employment
