Ericway Tire is looking for a Commercial Tire Certificated Technician who can provide top service to our customers by performing on site tire services and roadside assistance for commercial trucks, Industrial, Agricultural & OTR equipment.
The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to be in the automotive industry, willingness to learn the oversize industry, with the understanding of good customer service. You will be reporting to the Store Manager and you will be willing to drive a Ericway Tire Roadside service vehicle that is outfitted with tools and supplies you would need to complete the job.
This job is perfect for the hard-worker who likes variety, working outdoors and working with a great team. We are looking to add someone to do tire installations and repairs on Farm, Commercial Truck, Passenger/light truck, Industrial & Implement tires. Tire and farm experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate. Position includes road and on-farm service calls. Must have a positive and professional attitude, strong work ethic and be able to follow systems and instructions as well as work well in a team setting or on your own. Great wage and Perks available. Hourly wage dependent on experience and skill set. Drivers License required.
Essential Job Functions
- Interact with Commercial Sales Consultants and/or Service Advisors to obtain work orders and commercial customer service specific requirements.
- Install, balance, rotate and repair tires at commercial customer location and road side location in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct road side service calls for commercial fleet customers.
- Accurately complete all documentation/paperwork in relation to service work and work orders.
- Ensure service vehicle, shop, and all equipment is maintained in a safe, neat and clean manner at all times.
- Conduct efficient Receiving/Shipping of all inventories that enters and leaves the shop.
- Professionally interact and communicate with Commercial Customers.
- Assist Passenger Light Truck Tire Technicians as required.

Safety Requirements
- Perform all safety related items as per the Employee Safety Manual
- Learn and maintain all lifting procedures
- Learn and maintain all general housekeeping and ensure daily performance
- Report all accidents and incidents immediately upon them taking place to your direct supervisor
Weight Requirements
- Lift a minimum of forty-five (45) pounds
- Perform repeated and repetitive movement consistent within the tire industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
