Your challenge!
Our Client is looking to expand their Sales Team with the addition of an experienced, results oriented transportation sales rep. As part of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for cold calling, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals.
Your responsibilities
– Cold calling new prospect accounts and develop new business opportunities
– Secure meetings with high level decision makers over the phone or in person
– Maintain regular follow up contact with accounts via phone/e-mail/social-media
– Achieve sales targets and objectives
Your background and strengths
– 2+ years in the transportation industry (would be ideal, but not required)
– History of dealing with fortune 500 companies or larger
– Self-motivation and drive
– A competitive streak
– Superior knowledge of selling principles/techniques
– Confident/Professional manner with logical thinking ability
– Creative, Enthusiastic, Focused, Strong work ethic
– Customer Service and relationship skills
