FONCTION GÉNÉRALE
Le Preposé(e) a la Saisie de Données – Réclamations serez responsable d’effectuer la réception, la compilation et la saisie des crédits des clients et s’assurer que les données soient exactes touten respectant les procédures établies du service. En fonction des besoins du département, effectuer et analyser les demandes de crédit de nos clients (Analyse de niveau 1) selon la politique de retour du Groupe Essilor, et les appliquer en fonction des différentes ententes commerciales en cours. L’horaire de travail est du lundi au vendredi de jour.
PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS
Ouvrir le courrier et mettre en cabaret les demandes de crédits;
Préparer les demandes de crédit pour analyse : rechercher et imprimer les factures originales et, au besoin, les crédits déjà émis, à partir de l’historique des différentes instances Optifacts;
Effectuer des crédits de facture dans les divers systèmes informatiques;
Mettre en enveloppe les crédits (envois aux clients) à l’aide du logiciel du courrier ICS (Click ‘n’ Ship);
Préparer les demandes de crédit refusés et coordonner leur envoi aux clients concernés;
Effectuer quotidiennement la compilation des crédits entrants et sortants dans une base de données informatisées;
Faire le suivi des demandes de crédits auprès de nos clients et du service de l’Expérience Client;
Effectuer au besoin, une analyse des demandes clients, afin de déterminer la source de l’erreur (niveau 1);
Lors d’erreur de fabrication, contrôler les paramètres (PD, hauteur, montage, aspect, qualité de montage, etc.) des verres retournés par les clients;
Lors d’une erreur de saisie de données, vérifier la prescription correspondant à la commande;
Toutes autres tâches connexes.
QUALIFICATIONS DE BASE
Détenir un diplôme d’études secondaires;
De 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire;
Aptitude pour le travail d’équipe;
Capacité à travailler sous pression;
Connaissance du système de saisie Optifacts;
Connaissance et utilisation des logiciels de la famille Microsoft Office;
Habileté à communiquer;
Capacité d’analyse ;
Précision;
Amour du travail bien fait / perfectionnisme
Langue : Français parlé et écrit, Anglais Fonctionnel à l’écrit, bilinguisme est un atout – travaille en collaboration avec équipes anglophones
