Customer Service /concierge 100% Remote Work Schedule: Monday- Friday, 37.5/week Salary: 47,500k-49,875K Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers after the sale or order activation
- Handle order validations, payment processing, order modifications, and coordination of deliveries.
- Assess and communicate stock availability
- Review and confirm readiness for pre-site visits or installations, scheduling appointments, and dispatching installation technicians accurately.
- Act as a liaison between clients and installation partners,
- Maintain accurate documentation and record customer/client information
Skills And Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Ability to actively listen to customer concerns and provide solutions while demonstrating empathy.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English, French is an asset but not required
- Strong multitasking abilities, managing multiple applications simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to establish priorities.
