We’re seeking a dynamic and compassionate administrative professional with a luxury and beauty products/services background. You thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments and are highly organized. As a highly driven individual, you’ll be the bridge that connects all departments and studios, ensuring seamless operations and excellent client experiences.
About you
• 1+ years of customer service and administrative experience; previous experience in women-oriented or beauty industry a plus;
• Strong telephone and email etiquette;
• Excellent written and oral English;
• Fluent in oral and written French and/or Spanish; being trilingual is a bonus;
• Extremely organized, efficient, and dependable;
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment;
• Flexible schedule, Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday [10:00 am to 6:00 pm];
