Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
Bachelors degree in operations or general management

6+ years of experience in the aviation sector working in a similar role

Ability to manage, develop and drive a team

Fully bilingual (French and English) with good communication skills

Ability to meet deadlines

In this role you will be required to:
Control the production flow and planning

Manage and follow up on budget while maintaining quality of product and productivity of team

Plan, organize, motivate and supervise the activities of employees

Identify, document and standardize key processes to achieve objectives

Continuously improve existing processes
