Your Next Career:
We are looking for a People Systems Analyst Lead to serve as a technical subject matter expert within the People Operations team, part of the larger People organization, supporting HR initiatives and ongoing operations. You will analyze and implement end-to-end technologies used within HR, primarily with a Human Capital Management (HCM) platform and supporting software offerings. You will use your creativity to develop new approaches for data integrity, workflow automation, and overall solution architecture to improve current HR systems and integration landscape with the goal of delivering business process efficiency through the development of process automation. The HR Systems Analyst Lead will partner with the Sr. Director of People Operations to develop forward-thinking strategies around system enhancements, integrations, delivery of complex reporting and analytics, process improvement and employee experience.
Your Will:
Contribute to Fabric’s HR technical roadmap
Support the deployment and training of newly rolled out systems
Be an expert for people systems, compensation, and recruiting tools
Work with teams to analyze and develop requirements to implement and recommend best practices to ensure efficient use of technology solutions including application design, configurations, business process flows, data management, security architecture, and reporting
Lead HRIS/HCM functional activities including business process configuration, security, report writing
Manage project resources; create solutions to unexpected obstacles
Work and represent the team on multi-team projects
Configure conditional rules, reports, and dashboards to help promote manager, employee, and self-service
Translate customer’s needs into business requirement documents
Analyze twice-yearly upgrades to assess impact of new features and provide support for upgrades and enhancements
Provide training, create user guides, system workflows, standard operating procedures, and other support materials
Provide mentoring, coaching and support for People team members as well as train other HR systems analysts on HCM and other tools, as applicable
Reconcile, validate and audit People data to ensure integrity in all systems and reporting
Provide support to help manage data updates
Help evaluate new technologies and solutions, techniques, related products and tools and actively research new system enhancements with effective implementation through change management
Troubleshoot and respond to escalated questions, requests and errors, related to Fabric’s HCM and associated integrations
Prepare and deliver key reporting and dashboards, translating data into accessible and actionable insights to drive business decisions
Serve as the partner supporting People organization & its teams to ensure that system configuration properly reflects business requirements
What You Bring To The Table:
A Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or similar; Master’s Degree in similar areas preferred
8+ years of HR related experience with 6+ years serving in an HR systems capacity preferred
Must be proficient in MS Office Applications, especially Microsoft Excel as well as Google Workspace applications
Experience with new system implementation or multiple system integration is a must
Strong technical, data driven background with robust analytical skills
Demonstrated problem-solving ability to create and implement creative solutions to meet organizational needs
Detail oriented and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a timely and client-centered manner
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
Strong communication skills: able to explain complex ideas in a simple, clear manner and connect with a variety of audiences
Outstanding attention to detail, high level of accuracy in written work and analysis and the ability to exercise good judgement
International experience working in a company with a growing and scaling global presence is required
A proven ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization including cross-functional senior leaders
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high ambiguity and multiple priorities that require strong project management and decision-making capabilities, as a hands-on approach is required
