Assistant Manager

Factory Direct – Brampton, ON

Fantastic opportunity for a strong, energetic individual who is looking for a long-term permanent position.

We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager for our Brampton location.

As a member of our team your responsibilities would include but not be limited to:

• Driving sales and profitability
• Assisting with recruitment, training and staff development
• Building customer loyalty
• Maintaining inventory control and cash handling standards
• Enforcing all policies and procedures
• Maintaining store merchandising standards

Terms of Employment: Contract, Full Time, Weekend, Day, Evening

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Experience: at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role

Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Work Setting: Department store, Video and audio equipment store, Electronic products store, Computer products store
