General Description of Position

Faema Canada is looking for an experienced sales representative for our showroom in Toronto. A professional individual who can greet clients, demonstrate our products and sell the appropriate machines based on their needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greeting clients

• Demonstrating and selling luxury high end espresso machines and accessories

• Answering customer enquirers via telephone, email and in person demonstrations

• Maintaining showroom presentation and stock

• Meeting monthly sales targets

• Trouble shooting any issues our clients might have with their machine in store and over the phone

• Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues. Communicates information to manager so that the team can respond as necessary.

• Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs.

• Maintains a clean and organized work space so that team members can locate resources and product as needed.

• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in sales

• Available to work flexible hours including weekends

• Candidates must be legally employable in Canada to be considered for employment

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

• Ability to work standing up for 8 hour shifts.

• Ability on occasion to lift up to 25lbs. unassisted and carry as required

• Ability to lift and turn throughout the shift

• Ability to twist, turn, reach and work above shoulder level.
