FairHome Services Looking for Junior Partner at Calgary, Alberta, Canada Full Time

FairHome Services, a member of The SilverMind Group of Companies, is looking for motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as Junior Partners. As a Junior Partner, you will be responsible for canvassing in the field, earning customers, closing deals, and performing the work within your assigned communities.

Requirements:

• A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and work hard
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Sales and customer service experience preferred but not required
• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are preferred, but not mandatory. Bike/E-bikes with cargo trailers are preferred for use during suitable weather, as part of our commitment to reducing our ecological footprint

Responsibilities:

• Canvass assigned communities to generate leads and close deals, liaise with back office to implement billing and store contracts.
• Perform lawn mowing, dog waste removal, snow clearing, and other home services as needed
• Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Manage your own schedule and ensure the timely completion of work
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve company goals
• Provide spot coverage for other junior partners due to illness etc.
• Mentor new Junior partners in preparation for a promotion to Senior partner status.
• Hit reasonable sales targets to build your client portfolio within your defined territory and earn target revenue.
