Administrate the Executive Chef’s office and aid the Executive Chef and senior kitchen management team in effective and efficient verbal, written, and electronic communication with guests, kitchen employees, and other hotel departments.

What you will be doing:
Ensure all departmental payroll is accurately recorded
Maintain all records for Talent & Culture, Accounting, and other necessary departments
Assist in culinary recruitment
Order all required products and liase with suppliers
Coordinate new employee training and orientation duties
Other duties as assigned
Your experience and skills include:
Previous administrative work experience is required
Strong self-directed organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Team player with a strong initiative, a calm demeanour, and professional approac
Physical aspects include but are not limited to:
Frequent sitting throughout shift
Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
