Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients in person and on the phone
Schedule and coordinate appointments
Register patients and maintain all patient information
Accurately update and maintain patients’ health records
Assist patients with re-scheduling appointments and other scheduling issues
Organize and file all patient paperwork, faxes and scans that come into the office
Qualifications
Professional and courteous disposition
Excellent communication and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Great organizational and multitasking skills
Customer-oriented communication skills
Must be able to type and basic computer knowledge
EMR (intrahealth) knowledge a plus
Medical office experience a plus
Proficiency of healthcare operations a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Everyone working in the office are fully vaccinated, patients are required to wear masks when entering the clinic.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
