Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Working as client services at Family TLC you will perform a wide range of duties including but not limed to the following:
- Greeting new inquiries that come through phone or email in a professional and courteous manner.
- Converting these new leads by booking them in for their first appointment with successful attendance. Communication with new prospects to ensure selling of our services.
- Enter leads and client data in the computer software system as per procedural requirements (CRM platform and experience in Salesforce computer experience)

- Use computer word processing, spreadsheets, and database software to prepare reports, admin letters, and documents upon client request, ensuring proper permissions are received. (Job description)
- Prepare and send out secure documentation via faxes, mail, and email, when required by the clients..
- Electronic filing according to the established procedures.
- Attend daily 15-minute huddles prepared with appropriate metrics and information. Facilitate the huddle once every five weeks, utilizing the huddle agenda
- Establish, maintain and analyze client feedback system. Provide recommendations to improve customer service based on client feedback.
- Prepare agenda items in advance for weekly one to one meeting with company owner. These meetings will include but are not limited to reporting on lead and client trends, therapist progress, intake coverage, obstacles, strategic goals and input of both role and company goals.
- Intake coverage – training those who provide back-up coverage through video training and shadowing. Coordinate with back up coverage and streamline communication to ensure lead conversion and client satisfaction.

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
