We are a Vancouver based SaaS business specialising in secure communication and Telecom related services. We work typical business hours Monday to Friday. As our next Customer Service Representative, you will minimize problems with your attention to detail in a fast-paced, action-oriented role. You will enjoy working from home or remotely and the office while delivering seamless onboarding and support for our customers. You will work closely with a supportive team and collaborate to solve problems.
What You’ll Do
As a CSR you will work with team members to train, develop, and motivate customers on implementing communication services in a friendly and efficient manner. Answer Day to Day requests on a ticketing platform. Updating and keeping accurate customer records in the CRM system; detailing conversations with the customer and what actions you have taken. Attend meetings to improve overall customer satisfaction and implement best practices. Help answer customers’ technical issues through problem identification, research solutions and provide appropriate guidance. The pursuit of excellence, reliability, consistency, and due diligence are the keys to success in this role.

Salary: $40,000.00-$58,000.00 per year

During Covid-19 time we are all working from home. During training time in order to speed up the training period we might require candidates to attend the office with one trainer for some days.
