One of our clients is a large group in the aerospace industry. Their supply chain team is looking for three (3) key people for the development of the company.
1. Business Analyst, Supply Chain Development (5 to 8 years of experience);
2. Supply Chain Business Analyst, Strategy Coordination (5 to 8 years of experience);
3. Senior Business Analyst, Supply Chain Development (8 to 10 years of experience).
The three reporting to the Supply Chain Improvement Director, here are the responsibilities of the positions:
Support the strategic planning process of the company’s supply chain organization;
Lead and facilitate the development of strategies to prevent and respond to strategic risks;
Ensure that senior business leaders have adequate visibility and alignment on the strategic approach;
Evaluate competitive intelligence, industry benchmarking and market reports to provide strategic insights and recommendations;
Propose, analyze and synthesize key performance indicators;
Communicate on a regular basis with the main stakeholders, in particular with the leaders, on the progress of the projects under your responsibility;
Develop a network of internal and external contacts to support information gathering and analysis.
You hold an undergraduate degree with a strong concentration in an analytical discipline;
You have a minimum of eight (5) to ten (10) years of professional experience in a strategic environment of the manufacturing industry;
Graduate degree or Masters in Operations Management or Masters in Business Administration (MBA) would be an asset;
You have strong research and analytical skills with a commitment to rigor and attention to detail;
You have knowledge of the aerospace industry and contracting processes (an asset);
You have the ability to synthesize and present complex information;
You have the ability to exercise complete discretion in handling highly confidential matters;
You are able to multi-task in a very demanding and constantly changing environment;
You have the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization (from senior management to staff);
You have strong team spirit and leadership abilities and are flexible;
You are able to meet tight deadlines.
