– Resolves well-defined and routine professional issues and refers issues outside of established procedures to higher levels
– Applies analytics techniques to identify issues and determine courses of action for basic, routine, or common/repetitive problems

– Regularly contributes useful ideas for own work area/team, within defined parameters

– Typically requires Bachelors Degree and 0-2 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
