Federated Co-operatives Limited Looking for Junior Recruiter at Canada Full Time

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Junior Recruiter on a permanent basis.

The Junior Recruiter is key in attracting and hiring top hourly talent to join our FCL team! If you are looking to join a customer focused talent acquisition team with opportunities for individual growth and learning, this is for you.

This position is a remote opportunity and is based across Western Canada.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the recruitment and selection process at FCL or local Co-ops for hourly-paid positions.
• Work closely with leaders to develop an understanding of roles and position requirements, managing expectations regarding the recruitment process to ensure a value-added service.
• Determine salary and hiring bonuses (if applicable) based on wage scales in our various collective agreements.
• Support the HR Administrator, Talent Acquisition on any post-hire inquiries as the candidates move through onboarding steps with the HR Connect, Workforce Administration team.
• May require 15% travel to career fairs, information sessions, open houses, etc.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Human Resources & Training and:

• You have 1-3 years of relevant HR and/or Recruitment experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
• You have a Bachelor’s Degree, preference in Human Resources
