We are looking for a person who is dynamic, presentable, smart and organized.
This job is 40hrs a week, Saturday or Sunday is a must.
Job duties:
- Greet and assist customers as they walk in the store
- Prepare and submit daily payment/deposit reports to the management
- Answer phone calls
- Schedule appointment for the team
- Maintain records for the customers
- Organize filling
- Keep office area presentable at all times
- Misc. office assistant duties as needed and assigned
Skills required:
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Excellent computer skills specially MS word and excel
- Good organizational skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Multi tasking, confident and team player
