Operations Coordinator – Position Description

We are offering an exciting and unique opportunity to join our team as an Operations Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and conduct intake calls with IPs

• Set up all account information and link it with the company database

• Assist IPs with selecting donors

• Update IPs with information that is shared by the clinic

• Assist HR with recruiting insight

• Assist the Marketing department with various duties

• Create and maintain client/support relationships

• Build and maintain client networks

• Set up and conduct meetings with clients and other teamm members

• Manage all day to day functions needed by the company

• Additional duties may be assigned

Requirements:

• 3+ years of customer service experience

• 3+ years of Business Operations experience

• Great communication skills

• Ability to work in an individual and team setting

Bonuses/Nice to have:

• Familiar with Health Canada regulations, Assisted Human Reproductive Act (AHRA)

• Experience/background in the medical field
• Ability to read and write in French
