1. Promptly Receive Service Guests into the Service Department.
2. Triage and Contact Customers for Any Additional Repairs Required Upon Inspection.
3. Prepare and Ensure Invoicing Accuracy.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Courteous phone manner, excellent organizational skills, effective listening, and communication skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Training is available, and encouraged.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with automotive DMS, DealerMine, Microsoft Office, preferred but not required.
Parts Department experience is an asset. Basic working mechanical knowledge is an asset.
Additional Notes
Must be a team player with an independent work ethic, a positive attitude, and strive for continuous improvement.
Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm. (Lunch from 12:00 – 1:00pm daily)
Able to work Saturday Rotation. (8:00am-12:00pm)
