Automotive Sales Representative, Full-Time

We are looking to add a Automotive Sales Representative to our team at Kia of Prince Albert. Where you will get to help people find the vehicle of their dreams and build your career in an industry where there is no limit to your earning potential. You will bring a strong commitment to customer service, are authentic, high-energy, outgoing, are always willing to help and bring fantastic team spirit.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll have experience in customer service and your passion for delivering customer service is through the roof
You like to have FFUN at work and are a wizard at building relationships
We provide tools and training (you don’t need experience with selling cars!), all you need is an amazing attitude to learn and grow
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
What does the job look like?
Create and manage sales leads through client interactions in person, on the phone and via email
Meet and exceed sales targets
Collaborate with your team of go-getters
Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner
Participate in client test drives
Follow established sales processes and perform pre-delivery duties: assisting with licensing, paperwork, etc.
