Job Location: FFUN Group, Headquarters
We have a diverse team of finance and accounting professionals and are looking for a Finance Assistant to join us! You will be the liaison between FFUN Group’s internal divisions and our financial partners. Ideally, you have about 1-2 years under your belt already but are also highly organized, has great attention to detail, takes pride in delivering quality work and loves to build relationships. Job Responsibilities:
Cash management – you will be assisting with daily cash flow monitoring and reporting.
Produce various financial reports such as daily cash and floorplan reports.
Administration and oversight of access and approval rights within all banking systems. (user permissions, signing authorities)
Create electronic transactions, including EFTs and wires in addition to preparing journal entries and bank reconciliations.
Maintain consolidated cash flow forecasts, debt schedules and track lender reporting.
Track pending approval transactions in the banking systems and escalate matters to the approvers.
Key Qualifications:
University degree in Commerce with a minimum of 1-2 years experience preferred.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for to attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, is personable and loves to build and maintain relationships.
High level of personal integrity and work ethic.
Technology is your friend, you have intermediate knowledge of Excel and MS Great Plains (or similar financial software).
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary between $45,000-$55,000/year
