Summary

Excellent organization, time management and communication skills are essential as this individual will support the R&D, Sales & Marketing teams to prepare and distribute various products and materials to Customers, Brokers, Public Relations and Social Media Team Member’s. One of the primary responsibilities is to collect and select finished goods product samples, meeting Quality Assurance and Customers Standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Organize & select finished goods samples for customers, brokers, etc.

• Ensure product and materials are packaged and boxed properly to maintain product integrity while in transit.

• Manage sample and materials orders to ensure delivery commitments are met and take appropriate actions in the event of a delivery delay.

• Mock up (demonstrate) packaging artwork for non-commercialized products. This will require some amount of creative abilities.

• Coordinate sample orders with Operations/Production when necessary.

• Communicate effectively to Sales, Customers and Brokers the delivery timeline for sample shipments via courier and carrier’s.

• Prepare and distribute Guest and Staff sample kit.

• Manage shipping whilst meeting cost-effective parameters.

• Provide FDA and Customs support for courier shipments transported internationally by coordinating and submitting the appropriate documentation required.

• Replenish and source materials needed for sample shipments.

• Maintain the sample stock.

• Occasionally assisting Marketing with replenishing and distributing materials for Customers and Sales purposes.

About You:

• Experience working in food manufacturing is highly preferred

• Quality Assurance background preferred

• Experience preparing shipment documentation for international deliveries

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email)

• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem resolution and analytical skills

• Ability to work well under pressure

• High Motivation and Enthusiasm

• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize

• Tolerance for stress, maintains effective work behaviour in the face of setbacks or pressure

• Ability to lift up to 25kg

• Bright, driven and clear about your future career goals

• Ability to learn fast, ambitious and come up with new innovative ideas

• Positive attitude and a results-oriented mindset

• Work well in and support a team-based environment
