About your team
The WPFH & ISS Business Management team is the link across the Workplace and Personal Financial Health (WPFH) and Investment Services and Solutions (ISS) businesses to support effective business delivery and execution for our clients. The team work closely with the WPFH and ISS COOs, Business and Function Heads, Senior Leadership Teams and Legal Entity CEOs & Senior Managers. Responsibilities include business performance & governance; reporting analysis & insight; business delivery & support; senior stakeholder support; third party & intra group supplier management. Activities include facilitating business governance meetings; preparation of board and executive committee reports; business support for GOC and Senior Leaders; operations technical training design & delivery; intragroup outsourcing; third party vendor management.
About your role
This role is based in the Business Management Engine Room, and supports the operation and execution of business priorities under the 5 business management pillars:
Business Strategy
Analysis & Insights
Communications & Engagement
Business Delivery
Governance & Oversight
The role works closely with the senior business managers supporting the WPFH and ISS senior leadership team, as well as spanning across all client channels and shared Corporate Enabler functions. The role holder will be responsible for the coordination of key governance meetings, production of board reports, cost and headcount management reporting, communications support for town halls/webchats, and ad hoc project management.

You have a strong understanding of business process and controls, with proven experience in a business operations environment within the financial services industry
You have a hands-on mentality, can adapt to shifting priorities and are able to work calmly under pressure
You are self-driven, outcome orientated, and eager to learn
You possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
You have good stakeholder management and influencing skills
You are highly organised with strong attention to detail
