About your team
The team looks after projects for WI clients where a Implementation or change (resulting from a Corporate Action) is required across multiple schemes i.e., a fund closure, merger, fund addition, name change, objective change etc. The team scope the project requirements and design a project plan in consultation with internal and external stakeholders. The purpose of the team is to be the single point of contact during a project and support any change management queries.
About your role
The purpose of the role is to project manage the implementation of new schemes and client changes. This could range from new Master Trusts, GPPs fund launches and investment changes. The role covers regular meetings with internal stakeholders and progress checks of the project(s) and workstreams. You will also be gathering updates from various internal teams and presenting to stakeholders.
A successful candidate will liaise with the appropriate departments to ensure project is delivered in a timely manner e.g., Legal, Communications, Administration teams etc. They will identify any operational issues that arise and make recommendations for any required changes.
You will be supporting clients and trustees to meet their pension duties and scheme objectives. The Pension Regulator and FCA continue to introduce requirements to improve the benefits and experience of pension members. You will be a vital part of overseeing those improvements.
About you
A self-starter who’s keen to take on responsibility and new projects. Strong organisational skills, with knowledge of running projects (Microsoft Project an advantage). Ideally be Prince 2/Agile Practitioner Qualified or studying towards. Experience of project planning, problem solving, client management and sales. Good Excel and PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of DC pensions and investments.
