As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to potential clients. You will nurture leads and build strong relationships by understanding the needs and effectively communicate.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social media
• Close sales and negotiate contracts
• Provide excellent customer service
• Qualify leads through effective questioning techniques
• Collaborate with the sales team on strategies for reaching targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in a sales role
• Strong understanding of the construction industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
