Who We’re Looking For:
As an Account Manager, you are the first escalation point for clients and trusted for the expert advice and direction you provide. You are responsible for client results by ensuring your team is implementing client strategy and pushing the boundaries when revenue is on the table. Through training and leadership within your team, the clients in your pod are managed to company expectations. This includes, but is not limited to, proposals, reporting, recruitment approvals, action items, asset management and coordinating email campaigns.
As a member of the affiliate team, you are responsible for driving results across all aspects of affiliate and client management. Your focus will be creating individual strategies with the proven ability to influence and drive increased results, through your strong affiliate relationships, innate understanding of the affiliate channel and innovative campaigns.
What You’ll Get To Do:
Affiliate Management
Identify proactive opportunities for clients and continually present to high value clients
Develop program strategies for managed clients and network clients
Identify “out of the box” opportunities for increased revenue and confidently present to key affiliates
Maintain strategic relationships with affiliates to increase revenue
Activate ‘key’ affiliate targets, with a focus on quality partners
Identify affiliates with potential, both from a results perspective and to support with Fintel Connect sales (new merchants)
Organize and support the Client Services Director with strategic affiliate calls, including agendas and post call actions
Meet goals for the affiliate program (i.e. targets for transactions)
Respond to all affiliate queries within 24 hours of receiving
Increase affiliate traffic and conversions for assigned affiliate programs
Perform Monthly ROI analysis on affiliate programs and commission deals
Adhere to business unit requirements for reporting and updating
Account Management
Proven client relationship management and leadership skills internally and externally; creating an environment of trust and consultation
Ability to contribute to client proposals and implement new strategic direction for a client
Demonstrate knowledge of tracking and expert system knowledge by testing and monitoring client systems and training
Demonstrate a clear understanding of individual client’s needs, their businesses and objectives
Offer insight and guidance to troubleshoot and respond to client queries
Proven ability to train other team members working on the same account
Create and manage campaign assets as required
Ensure data has been imported correctly into the software by clients and do spot checks on commission calculations to ensure system accuracy
Organize, document and ensure new clients are strategically onboarded as efficiently as possible
What We’re Looking For:
A bachelor’s degree in business, administration/management, sales, marketing, communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience (preferably digital marketing agency experience)
Excellent customer relationship management skills and ability to develop strategic partnerships.
A natural leader with team management experience.
Strategic and creative thinking skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication
