Who We’re Looking For:
Our ideal Onboarding Implementations Coordinator is process driven, with the ability to approach a problem inquisitively with a solution orientated approach. You will implement and integrate our tracking solution and ensure smooth adoption of our products and services. Key indications of success are speed, integration reliability and satisfaction with our onboarding process.
This is an entry level role that bridges the gap between the technical team and client services. A keen interest in technology, tracking solutions and analytics is a must have for this role.
What You’ll Get To Do:
Perform implementation tasks with a meticulous attention to detail
Lead and drive the onboarding of all new Fintel Connect merchants, from first introductions through to go-live date by managing to strict timelines
Intimately understand our technical capabilities and confidently coordinate tracking solutions for launching clients, both with technical and marketing teams.
Demonstrate excellent time management, by seamlessly managing multiple launching merchants at any given time
Work closely with team leaders and across other teams to suggest effective processes across the company
Measure and report on the performance of onboarding
Contribute to department strategies for developing, maintaining and evolving the onboarding processes and required documentation
Being a content matter expert on Fintel Connect software, working with internal teams to continually update knowledge and expertise as evidenced by being used to confidently run demos of the software with stakeholders
Effectively manage and support the handover of information from the sales team to onboarding and onboarding to the day-to-day publisher management team
What We’re Looking For:
University degree or diploma in information technology, marketing, communications, or related fields
1+ years of project management experience, ideally at a tech company
High attention-to-detail
Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively
Experience/consistent performance in a deadline-oriented environment due to tight time restraints and volume of work
Ability to manage multiple projects and juggle priorities
Proven experience in project management
Adaptable team player that is career-oriented and wanting to strengthen their skills
Self-motivated and demonstrates initiative
Highly organized and thrives when to delivering to self-mandated deadlines
Effective written and spoken communication in English (knowledge of French is considered an asset)
Notions of how computing languages function, specially HTML and JavaScript would be considered an asset, but not required.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
