Sales Advisor Responsibilities
You will be responsible for conducting high-quality calls from customers looking for a secure loan. You will be the first point of contact for customers to carry out an initial fact find, understanding their requirements and limitations to then pass on to a qualified adviser.
Your performance and competence will be measured against a range of Key Performance Indicators within a compliant framework to ensure our customers go on to obtain the most suitable product.

You Will Also Need
The ideal candidate will have some experience in a similar environment, be hardworking and able to manage high volumes of work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
- GCSE Maths and English grade C or above
- Proven exemplary work ethic
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent IT skills including the use of the full Microsoft package.
- 1 years sales experience with current or recent experience in an outbound call environment
- Experience in one of the following roles: Sales Advisor, Sales Executive, New Business Coordinator, New Business Advisor, Business Development Executive, Customer Service.
