Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Costumer Service/Coordinator in Burnaby, BC. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service appointments, reporting to clients, communicating with customers and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Service Coordination and Reporting skills
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Strong Customer Service focus
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience in the fire protection industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, Management or related field would be an asset
