Title: Data Analyst
Salary: $70,677 – $88,399 – $97,239 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Term to March 29, 2025
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: Remote with in office and community days dictated by operational needs. The in-office location will be at 540-757 West Hastings St, Vancouver and 501-100 Park Royal South, West Vancouver.
About The Role
As the Data Analyst, you will primarily be responsible for data analysis, preparing data for presentation in reports, and other knowledge exchange tasks. Strong command of R software for conducting analyses and generating reports, presentations and dashboards will be essential for success in the role. This position ensures that data analysis and research activities carried out comply with FNHA’s priorities, standards and best practices. Additionally, as part of a multidisciplinary team, this position actively engages in the implementation of the Regional Health Survey as needed. Minimal travel to communities in BC is required in this role.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements. The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.
As a health and wellness organization, the FNHA has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021. We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If selected for employment, you will be required to provide proof of vaccination by providing a copy of your BC Vaccination Card Passport with the QR code.
