The Customer Relations role is responsible for providing high quality service and customer satisfaction to consumers through various channels including live chat, phone, and email. This position serves as the primary point of contact for the consumer and is expected to build relationships that encourage new and repeat business opportunities. Oftentimes, you might be the very first person to officially greet a new customer on behalf of the organization.
