Fix Network is looking for a Strategic Partner Developer to join our team in the Milton area.
The purpose of the position is to work closely with our network of franchisees to help them maximize daily operations. With the support of the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing the day-to-day operations of our franchisees
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Actively support the day-to-day operations of the Franchisees under the direction of the Director of Operations;
- Provide franchisees with operational support in person or remote;
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, insurance partners and vendor partners;
- Work closely with franchisees to identify opportunities for improvement and effectively communicate these opportunities to the franchise owners;
- Provide franchisees and their employees with standard operating procedures, training and support
- Ensure franchisees’ estimates are created in accordance with our standard operating procedures and insurance partner guidelines and procedures;
- Observe workflow, efficiency and work habits to identify areas for improvement and communicate observations with management;
- Manage the weekly personal workflow and workload collaboratively and under the direction of the Director of Operations;
- Participate in weekly meetings with the Director of Operations and other strategic partner developers to ensure effective use of all department resources;
- Identify areas of improvement where it is felt to have the greatest need for improvement, communicate and collaborate with the Director of Operations and the Regional Vice President to address specific training needs;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of industry experience – Automotive/Collision Repair
- Ability to host calibration and general meeting is required
- The willingness to make an impact on our Franchisee’s success
- The ability to share your knowledge
