Key Responsibilities
- Welcome travelers and assist them during boarding and throughout the flight
- Ensure passenger safety by conducting pre-flight safety briefings and following regulations
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing passenger needs and inquiries
- Serve in-flight meals and beverages with a friendly attitude
- Monitor cabin conditions and assist passengers as required
- Respond effectively to in-flight emergencies while following established safety protocols
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure a seamless flight experience
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- No previous customer service experience required, although it is advantageous
- Willingness to undergo training and comply with safety procedures
- A passion for travel and connecting with people from different backgrounds
