You will be is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of effective recruitment sourcing strategies for Flint Energy. They will be overseeing the recruitment process end to end for a variety of projects, business units, and maintenance hires with their respective recruitment team. They will identify gaps in the current sourcing and screening process and assist in the continuous improvement of those processes. Develops talent acquisition solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of stakeholder needs.
The Recruitment Manager will work in conjunction with Recruitment Leads, Senior Leaders, and the Director of Recruitment to identify gaps in the current sourcing and screening process as well as assist in the continuous improvement and goal setting to elevate the recruitment function and processes at large. Responsible for the assigned Recruitment Business Unit when the Recruitment Lead is away from the office.
