Flosonics Medical Looking for Marketing Coordinator at Ontario, Canada Full Time

Flosonics Medical is a growing and dynamic medical device company. We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and a high attention to detail.

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. They will work closely with various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This position requires a high attention to detail and the ability to work cross-functionally.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
• Create engaging and brand-consistent content for various social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Digital Marketing:

• Implement digital marketing strategies to increase online presence and brand awareness.
• Experience with email marketing campaigns, including the creation, distribution, and analysis of newsletters and other email content.
• Experience with Google Analytics and HubSpot is a plus.
• Analyze digital marketing data to guide adjustments to strategies and campaigns.

Content Creation:

• Develop compelling content for various marketing channels.
• Possess strong writing skills to effectively communicate the brand message.

Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing marketing materials using graphic design tools, with a minimum experience in Canva.
• Assist in the design and production of various marketing materials to support campaigns and events.

Event and Tradeshow Coordination:

• Plan, organize, and execute events and tradeshows, ensuring they align with the company’s marketing goals.
• Coordinate logistics, including vendor relations, promotional materials, and event registration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams to achieve marketing objectives.
• Coordinate marketing projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools, preferably Canva.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Hubspot is a plus.
• Experience in event and tradeshow coordination.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a start-up and/or medical device industry is a plus.
