-Experience/knowledge in the HVAC/construction field as well as in Administration
-Looking for an organized, motivated individual that can provide professional customer service to our cliental
-Strong computer skills with various programs (Microsoft Excel, Word, Email & QuickBooks)
-Strong communication skills in English
-A high level of punctuality and dependability
-Ordering Equipment, Parts & Supplies from various suppliers and ensuring prices on invoices are accurate
-Keeping track of Inventory and Equipment Deliveries
-Processing warranty claims online or on the phone with various suppliers
-Invoicing outstanding work orders and emailing them to the appropriate company
-Creating monthly Account Statements to be sent to Builders for payment
-Entering Account Payables & Receivables into QuickBooks
-Medical Benefits
-Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm
-Salary 45K – 50K – Depending on Experience
