Fluid Hose & Coupling Looking for Technical Inside Sales Representative at Mississauga, Ontario, Canada Full Time

We are seeking a Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in product selection and identify potential sales opportunities to evaluate “fit” with our core business.
• Support key OEM accounts, RFQ process (obtain supplier pricing and technical specifications), order processing & analysis, VMI support.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide back-up support to other staff in the performance of job duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Fluid Conveyance experience relative to hydraulics and industrial hose assemblies and accessories.
• Ability to read technical drawings and incorporate S.T.A.M.P.E.D.
• Proficient computer skills. Microsoft Office Suite and other Cloud based applications.
• Detailed and action-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).
