As a Trainer at FIC, you are at the heart of our operations, and your contribution is pivotal to our success. You will be working closely with our valued clients, guiding them to understand the intricacies of Lean Six Sigma and supporting them in their projects. Responsibilities
1. Training, Coaching and Workshops – Develop and deliver comprehensive Lean Six Sigma training programs covering Yellow, Green, and Black Belt levels. Conduct interactive workshops at client locations to educate employees on Lean and Six Sigma principles and techniques. Provide project coaching and guidance to individuals and teams working on process improvement projects.
2. Consulting – As required you may be asked to collaborate with clients to assess their current processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop customized Lean Six Sigma improvement plans. Lead or participate in process improvement projects, acting as the process improvement expert to ensure successful implementation of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
3. Mentorship – Mentor and support Lean and Six Sigma practitioners within the organization and client teams to help them achieve certification and drive continuous improvement.
4. Data Analysis – Utilize statistical and analytical tools to identify process variations, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Interpret and present data-driven insights to clients and team members.
5. Documentation and Reporting – Maintain accurate records of training sessions, project progress, and improvements achieved. Prepare and present progress reports and project updates to clients and management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma training and consultancy.
- Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for statistical analysis and process improvement (e.g., Minitab, Lean and Six Sigma software).
