Footprint Health and Wellness centre is looking for an outstanding new team member who has excellent customer service skills to fill a full time Administration/ assistant position at our busy medical clinic. Experience in any form of customer service position would be an asset, but no medical admin experience is needed. The successful candidate must have great people and phone skills, be very comfortable with a computer, and have a welcoming and upbeat personality to greet our patients. This roll is a busy one, and the candidate will need to show good ability to prioritize and multitask on a daily basis. The role includes; booking appointments and managing our schedule for two busy chiropodists, greeting patients into the clinic, ushering patients into rooms, generating invoices, taking payments, some insurance billing’s, back of house training will be provided on instrument sterilization and surgery assistance, generating insurance letters and all other clinic front desk and general clinic duties. Again no experience is needed or expected, we are looking for the right personality and someone who is ready to be challenged and grow with our busy clinic.
