Forbes Waterloo Mazda is looking for an experienced SERVICE MANAGER to join our fast paced team. The position is available immediately and any interested candidates should contact us with a resume.
This role is a crucial and exciting role within the dealership and would involve managing all aspects of the service department and a team of 10+ employees including advisors, technicians and service support team members. An understanding of automotive customer service is paramount, and the candidate must have prior automotive service management experience as well as prior advisor and/or technical experience an asset.
A proven track record of positive customer experience.
Good time management, and organizational skills as well as the ability to lead a team environment
