Role: Floral Designer & Customer Experience Specialist
Type: Full or Part-Time, 27-44 hours. With lots of opportunities for extra hours during peaktimes!

Your role in our success?
- Greeting and connecting with our customers immediately upon entering the store so customers feel valued and recognized
- Providing options for our customers based on their needs
- Accurately capturing customer information so we can deliver a seamless experience
- Increase sales & customer satisfaction by genuinely listening to customers and making appropriate recommendations for arrangements and additional products
- Floral design, both custom to order arrangements and bouquets as well as recipe designs.
- Experience with Sympathy and wedding would be great but can also be tought
- A commitment to learn about our products, flower design and the flower industry so you can contribute new ideas and suggestions to improve our service offering to customers
Physical Considerations
o During peak seasons the pace and hours can be intense, while also satisfying
o The role requires some lifting
Minimum Requirements:
o High School graduate
o 3 year retail or related experience and Some Floral experience is a bonus
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-35 per week
Salary: From $16.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

- Monday to Friday
