a) Serve as the link between the Construction Manager, Construction Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Mechanical and Electrical Coordinators, Site Superintendents, Architects and Sub Consultants, Interior Designers, Clients, Client Project Managers, and employees of Formstructures’ Administration Office as Contract Administration and the projects your involved in.
b) Estimating & Quotations; provide the tender to all trade contractors and material suppliers for changes to the projects. This responsibility will include developing Tender Documents such as Invitation to Bidders, Scopes of Work and Bid Forms for all trade contractors and material suppliers.
c) Contract Administration – Contracts & Change Orders; Provide all Sub-Trade Contractors and Material Suppliers with Contracts and Change Orders and coordinate the contract documents and accounting information with the Construction Managers’ Project Managers, Project Coordinators and Accounting Administration office personnel. Obtain all Health & Safety, Insurance and Safety Training documents from all Sub-Trade Contractors and Material Suppliers prior to any work commencing on site; coordinate all of these documents with the Construction Managers’ Safety Coordinators, Site Superintendent(s), Project Coordinator(s) and Accounting Administration office personnel.
d) Request for Information; Initiate (under the direction of the Project Managers and Project Coordinators), manage and track all RFI’s (Request for Information) between all of the consulting professionals managing the project including but not limited to the Architect, Engineering Sub-Consultants, Interior Designer, Owner, Sub-Trade Contractors and Material Suppliers and the Construction Managers Personnel.
e) Close-Out Documents: Under the direction of the Project Coordinator, obtain and provide to the Construction Manager all necessary manuals and warranties from Sub-Trade Contractors and Material Suppliers upon completion and commissioning of each project.
f) Assist the Project Coordinators to manage all Sub-Trade Contractors and Material Suppliers to completion in an efficient and effective manner.
g) Coordination of Sub-Trade Contractors and Material Suppliers; Assist the Project Coordinators in coordinating & organizing the Sub-Trade Contractors and Material Suppliers with the Site Superintendents.
h) Shop Drawings & Submittals; Assist the Project Coordinators to record, manage, track and distribute in a timely manner the shop drawings & submittals between Sub-Trade Contractors and Material Suppliers and all consultants for review and approval.
