DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide a high level of customer services via telephone, email and in showroom
· Welcome customers to showroom
· Maintain a professional level of product knowledge to assist customers with projects by providing information, suggestions, and solutions
· Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and aftercare
· Contact customers to arrange appointments
· Prepare a detailed and accurate quote of the cost of labour, parts, and products
· Determine time frame for completion of the work, verifies this with the Service Scheduler or General Manager
· Complete sales paperwork and takes payment from customers
· Utilize strong math skills to complete quotes
· Call customers to notify them of completed orders for pickup
· Create invoices from completed work orders
· Create Purchase orders from rough dimensioning and previous quotes with scrupulous attention to detail
· Complete parts Inventory, order product, and track orders as required
· Perform other clerical tasks, based on management’s requirements
· Organization of office and showroom and other areas as required
EMPLYOMENT REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift and carefully move objects up to 30 pounds
Provide Current CPIC
ASSESTS
1+ years experience in a customer service or clerical role
Ability to use a tape measure effectively, measuring to a 16th of an inch, is an asset
Experience working in a construction or industrial environment an asset
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with shifting priorities throughout the day
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
