You’re an enthusiastic marketing individual who loves collaborating with others to get the job done. In addition to being a team player, you’re a masterful juggler who manages multiple projects with ease by tapping into your exceptional organization and time-management skills. You bring a unique combination of attention-to-detail with a determined ‘get-it-done’ attitude to help you excel in your tasks. These skills and attributes make you a great candidate for our Marketing Coordinator role.

As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support our Conservation and Energy Management department by providing exceptional administrative and operational support. You’ll also play a role in ensuring our energy efficiency programs for income qualified customers and social housing providers run smoothly behind the scenes while delivering a great customer experience.

Contribute to creating marketing and communications materials, including promotional collateral and events, and customer journey maps.

Verify and process invoices and program applications, and support program reporting and budgeting.

Track program results and manage document storage. What it takes:

A high school diploma and completion of a recognized post-secondary program in marketing or a business-related field, or equivalent with three to four years of related and relevant work experience.

A customer-centric attitude focused on providing a great experience while achieving business objectives.

An incredible team-player who collaborates and works well with others.

Excellent prioritization skills with an ability to multi-task and deliver projects with competing deadlines.

Strong attention-to-detail with an analytical mindset. Additional Information
