The ideal server will have a passion for excellence in guest service and a strong background in formal dining. They will be expected to function within a team environment and provide a world class formal dining experience for our guests.
Serve food and beverage items.
Consult guests with wine choices.
Clear tables and return equipment to their respective areas.
Greet and seat guests at the direction of the supervisor or manager
Inform supervisor of any problems or feedback
Keen awareness of guest allergies and dietary restrictions
REQUIREMENTS
1.Must possess outstanding, pro-active guest service skills, a professional presentation and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2.Friendly, enthusiastic, and have a sales-oriented personality
3.Work well under pressure and as part of a professional team.
4.Previous food and beverage experience in a high-volume establishment.
5.Must possess strong food, beverage and wine knowledge
7.Must have formal food and beverage training
8.Extensive knowledge in wine and spirits sale
9.Must have at least 4 years of practical experience in formal restaurant environment
